VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> March 1 , 1967 <br /> A special meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Wednesday March 1 , 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Absent : <br /> None <br /> Also Present : Village Manager, John Prfnton <br /> Mr. Douglas Johnson appeared before the Council to ask for reconsideration <br /> of a request for variance over lot 19, Block 5, Skycroft Manor Addition. Mr. <br /> Johnson demonstrated to the Council the problem of locating a dwelling on <br /> the triangular shaped lot. After considerable discussion Councilman Bailey <br /> moved and seconded by Councilman Sorenson that a 10' front yard variance be <br /> granted and that the house be so arranged that it conforms to the minimum <br /> side yard requirements and also that the house be placed so as to conform to <br /> the street contour. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was <br /> moved that the meeting be adjourned. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Via e Cle <br /> VT 1 age Manager <br />
