ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> March 28, 1967 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor at 0:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 28, 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call; <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also present: Village attorney, Raymond Haik" <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> Councilman Dougnerty noted that a typographical error was made on page four <br /> minutes of March 14, 1967 as pertains to cigarette vending machines, that <br /> the work present' should read 'prevent'. Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson <br /> and seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved that the minutes be approved <br /> as amended. <br /> • Motion Carried. <br /> Curtis Englund presented the minutes of the Planning Board meeting of March <br /> 21, 1967. <br /> After discussion, Councilman Bailey moved and seconded by Councilman Sorenson <br /> that the two 18 unit apartment development plan as re-submitted by Sheldon <br /> mortenson for lots 13 and 14 block 12, Mounds View Acres 2nd be approved. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer <br /> Motion Not carried. <br /> After discussion, Councilman Springer moved and seconded by Councilman <br /> Dougherty that a variance be granted in the depth requirement, and also <br /> that a variance be granted to allow stucco panels in the vertical distance <br /> between windows of the Sheldon Mortenson apartment proposal of two 18 unit <br /> apartments to be constructed on lots 13 and 14 block 12, Mounds View Acres <br /> 2nd Addition. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was moved <br /> that the request of Sheldon Mortenson to construct two three story struct- <br /> ures with all apartments above grade with a maximum building height of 30 <br /> feet be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
