9 <br /> • VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> May 1, 1967 <br /> A special meeting of the Village Council of"St. Anthony was called to order by <br /> the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Monday May 1, 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call: <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Absent : Springer <br /> Also Present: Village engineer, Heinzen <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> The Mayor advised those present that the special meeting was called to receive <br /> the feasibility reports of the Village engineer on proposed 1967 Improvements. <br /> Each of the improvements was discussed at length by Councilmembers. <br /> Councilman Sorenson introduced Resolution No. 67-024 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 67-024 <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY REPORT <br /> ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE YEAR 1967 AND CALLING FOR <br /> HEARINGS ON THE IMPOBVEMENTS. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Dougherty. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Springer <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Joseph Donlin, representing Apache Corporation, asked to be heard regarding <br /> grading and seeding of the area east of the Medical Center. After discussion <br /> it was agreed that the cut in front of 2509 Silver Lane could be graded to fil": <br /> existing excavation and that the area east of the Medical Center and south <br /> of the 150' buffer zone could be graded and seeded. Mr. Doniin was notified <br /> that a grading permit would be required before commencing any work. <br /> Mayor O'Connor informed the Council that he had a conflict with the proposed <br /> June 13th Improvement Hearing. It was agreed that the meeting be moved up to <br /> June 6, 1967 and held in the High School Auditorium rather than the Village <br /> • Hall. Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Councilman Sorenson that the <br /> Resolution No. 67-024 be amended to read June 6, 1967 and that the place of <br /> meeting be changed to the St. Anthony High School Auditorium. <br /> Voting on the Motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Springer <br />
