1 3 VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES May 90 1967 The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday May 9, 1967. The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson Absent: None Also Present: Raymond Haik, Village Attorney John Printon, Village Manager Councilman Springer moved and seconded by Councilman Bailey that the minutes of the regular meeting of April 25, 1967 be approved as submitted. Motion Carried. Councilman Sorenson moved and seconded by Councilman Bailey that the minutes cf the special meeting of May 1, 1967 be approved as submitted. Motion Carried. Everett Hamilton, Park Board Chairman, reviewed the Boards minutes of their May 4th, 1967 meeting. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved that proposed resolution No. 67-025 be tabled and that the division of the property and utility easements be verified. Motion Carried. Ordinance No. 66G was offered for 1st reading. After discussion, in which the Village Attorney was directed to make the plan and bonding-requirements as outlined mandatory, and eliminate the inclusion of R-1 b R-2. Councilman Sorenson moved and seconded by Councilman Springer that the first reading of Ordinance No. 66G be approved as amended. Voting on the motion: Ayes O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson Nay: Norte Motion Carried. The Mayor announced that this was the time and the place for the holding of the Hearing on the matter of the posting of a bond to secure the assessment liens against the Diamond 8 Apartwent complex. No owners were present to object to the posting of the bond. The Council was advised that all owners of record were notified by mail. After further discussion, Mayor O'Connor moved and seconded by Councilman Sorenson that the Village Attorney be author• used to institute the necessary legal action to guarantee the payment of the
