1 3 <br /> VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> May 90 1967 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday May 9, 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also Present: Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Councilman Springer moved and seconded by Councilman Bailey that the minutes <br /> of the regular meeting of April 25, 1967 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Councilman Sorenson moved and seconded by Councilman Bailey that the minutes cf <br /> the special meeting of May 1, 1967 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Everett Hamilton, Park Board Chairman, reviewed the Boards minutes of their <br /> May 4th, 1967 meeting. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was <br /> moved that proposed resolution No. 67-025 be tabled and that the division of <br /> the property and utility easements be verified. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Ordinance No. 66G was offered for 1st reading. After discussion, in which the <br /> Village Attorney was directed to make the plan and bonding-requirements as <br /> outlined mandatory, and eliminate the inclusion of R-1 b R-2. Councilman <br /> Sorenson moved and seconded by Councilman Springer that the first reading of <br /> Ordinance No. 66G be approved as amended. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Ayes O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: Norte <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The Mayor announced that this was the time and the place for the holding of <br /> the Hearing on the matter of the posting of a bond to secure the assessment <br /> liens against the Diamond 8 Apartwent complex. No owners were present to <br /> object to the posting of the bond. The Council was advised that all owners <br /> of record were notified by mail. After further discussion, Mayor O'Connor <br /> moved and seconded by Councilman Sorenson that the Village Attorney be author• <br /> used to institute the necessary legal action to guarantee the payment of the <br />
