1 ' =- Upon motion by Councilman Springer seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved R that the bid of Anderson Aggregate for the supplying of aggregate as per specifications, Item #1 $2.05 delivered, $1.35 pick up Item #2 1.20 delivered $0.50 pick up Item #3 1.50 delivered $0.80 pick up be accepted. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor, seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved that the bid of Richards Oil for asphalt products as follows: MC3 0.1125 RC3 0.1150 be accepted. Motion Carried. Letters from Hennep4n County Engineer and Supt. of traffic regarding sidewalk was received and directed copies to be sent to Mrs. Taylor and Ron Ekstrom. The Village Manager was directed to notify the Ramsey County engineer that the Silver Lake Outlet is apparently plugged. The Village Attorney was instructed to review current burning ordinances now it affect in the Metropolitan area and report to the Council on his findings. • The Village Manager was instructed to tabulate the sidewalk petitions for the Improvement hearing. upon motion by Mayor O'Connor, seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved that the due date for utilities payments for school District #282 be allowed to coincide with School Board meetings without Penalty. Motion Carried. The Village Manager was directed to contact the Village engineer relative to the filling of the ditch on Old Highway #8 and 31st Avenue N.E. A request for street name change was ordered returned for re-submittal as a petition from abutting residents on 39th Avenue N.E. A residents only sign was approved by Council agreement for Edwards Street between 33rd and 34th Avenue N.E. on the West side of the street. A request for underground service for street lights on Croft Drive from 33rd to 35th was ordered tabled to the next meeting for costs of service report. Petitioners to be notified of cost. The Counctl reugested the use of Radar on 33rd Avenue Silver Lake Road to Highway #8.
