1 ' <br /> =- <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Springer seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved <br /> R that the bid of Anderson Aggregate for the supplying of aggregate as per <br /> specifications, <br /> Item #1 $2.05 delivered, $1.35 pick up <br /> Item #2 1.20 delivered $0.50 pick up <br /> Item #3 1.50 delivered $0.80 pick up <br /> be accepted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor, seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved <br /> that the bid of Richards Oil for asphalt products as follows: <br /> MC3 0.1125 <br /> RC3 0.1150 <br /> be accepted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Letters from Hennep4n County Engineer and Supt. of traffic regarding sidewalk <br /> was received and directed copies to be sent to Mrs. Taylor and Ron Ekstrom. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to notify the Ramsey County engineer that the <br /> Silver Lake Outlet is apparently plugged. <br /> The Village Attorney was instructed to review current burning ordinances now it <br /> affect in the Metropolitan area and report to the Council on his findings. <br /> • <br /> The Village Manager was instructed to tabulate the sidewalk petitions for the <br /> Improvement hearing. <br /> upon motion by Mayor O'Connor, seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved <br /> that the due date for utilities payments for school District #282 be allowed <br /> to coincide with School Board meetings without Penalty. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to contact the Village engineer relative to <br /> the filling of the ditch on Old Highway #8 and 31st Avenue N.E. <br /> A request for street name change was ordered returned for re-submittal as a <br /> petition from abutting residents on 39th Avenue N.E. <br /> A residents only sign was approved by Council agreement for Edwards Street <br /> between 33rd and 34th Avenue N.E. on the West side of the street. <br /> A request for underground service for street lights on Croft Drive from 33rd <br /> to 35th was ordered tabled to the next meeting for costs of service report. <br /> Petitioners to be notified of cost. <br /> The Counctl reugested the use of Radar on 33rd Avenue Silver Lake Road to <br /> Highway #8. <br />
