e <br /> • <br /> VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> January 9, 1968 <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Emond, Crouse <br /> Absents Springer <br /> Also present : Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was <br /> moved that the minutes of the regular meeting of December 26, 1967, be approved <br /> as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Emond it was <br /> moved that the minutes of the special meeting of December 29, 1967, be app- <br /> roved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Ordinance No. 66H was introduced for first reading. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 66H <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LAND USE AND CLASSIFICATION <br /> OF THE USE DISTRICT, AMENDING THE VILLAGE ZONING MAP <br /> AND ORDINANCE #66 SECTION 4, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE <br /> #66A, 66B, 66C, 66D, 66E, 66F. <br /> Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that Ordinance #66H <br /> be approved on first reading. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Emond, Crouse <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Springer <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Proposed resolution No. 68-003 was tabled for proper designation of Metrop- <br /> olitan Authority. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 68-004 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68-004 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR <br /> TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY. <br />
