VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 40 June 4, 1968 <br /> A special meeting of the Village Council was called to order by the Mayor <br /> at 11 :00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Emond, Crouse <br /> Absent : Springer <br /> Also present: Village Manager, John Printon <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the request <br /> of Skelly Oil Company for a filling station license and a cigarette license <br /> be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The planting plan for an apartment complex within the Michael-Ann plat (Cedar <br /> Properties ) was reviewed.
