ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> June 11, 1968 <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by the Mayor pro tem at 8:00 o'clock <br /> P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> Springer, Dougherty, Emond, Crouse <br /> Absent: O'Connor <br /> Also Present: Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Village Engineer, DeWayne Olson <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> It was directed that the following be inserted, page 1, in the minutes of <br /> May 28, 1968, as pertains to "installation of catch basins at the S.E. <br /> corner of Silver Lake Road and 37th Avenue N.E.", "that Mr. Olson stated <br /> that the grade would be changed to break in the center of the intersection <br /> to drain the Eastern half to the East." That the motion pertaining to <br /> the Central Park shelter read "Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded <br /> by Mayor O 'Connor that the architect be directed to proceed on the estimate <br /> per original agreement. Motion Carried." <br /> Motion by Councilman Springer and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the <br /> minutes of May 28, 1968, be approved as amended. <br /> Notion Carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the <br /> minutes of June 4, 1968, be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Councilman Crouse introduced Resolution No. 68-035 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68-035 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> AND ORDERING ADVE WISEMENT FOR BIDS. <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Springer: <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: Dougherty, Springer, Crouse, Emond <br /> • Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: O'Connor <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br />
