VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br /> January 15, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 12:00 o'clock noon. <br /> Present : O'Connor, Dougherty, Crouse, Emond. <br /> Absent : Levandowski <br /> Also Present: Village Manager, John Printon <br /> After discussion, Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Councilman Emond that <br /> the rules be waived and that Ordinance 1969 4-� 'An Ordinance Relating To The <br /> Volunteer Fire Department, and Repealing Section 125, "The 1968 Code of Ordinances <br /> of the Village of St. Anthony" as amended by Ordinance 1968-3-1 be adopted on <br /> first reading. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye : O'Connor, Emond, Crouse. <br /> Nay: Dougherty. <br /> Absent not voting: Levandowski . <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • Councilman Emond introduced Resolution No. 69-008 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 69-008 <br /> A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER <br /> TO ORGANIZE A FULL TIME FIRE DEPARTMENT. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye : O'Connor, Crouse, Emond. <br /> Nay: Dougherty. <br /> Absent not voting : Levandowski . <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Councilman Emond moved and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the meeting be <br /> adjourned. <br /> Motion carried <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi 1 lage l,erk <br /> Vill ge Manager <br />
