-5— <br /> Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the Village <br /> • engineer be directed to set up a drainage plan to include property located at <br /> 3916 Fordham Drive. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that June 25, 1969, <br /> at 7 s30 P. N., Village Council chambers be set as the time and the place for the <br /> meeting of the Board of Review. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Mayor O 'Connor and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the following <br /> certificates of the engineer be approved. <br /> 1 . Improvement 1969-1 , design - $9,089.73 <br /> 2. Improvement 1968-4, inspection - $101 .74 <br /> 3. Engineering Services, Village - $93.60 <br /> 4. Improvement 1969-1 , inspection - $1 ,868.69 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Village engineer was directed to review his proposal for the close-off of <br /> 27th Avenue N. E. and Coolidge Street at the May 13th meeting. <br /> Councilman Dougherty moved that the licenses be approved excepting the DX request <br /> • for pony rides. <br /> The motion was not seconded. <br /> Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the licenses <br /> be approved as submitted. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Ayes O'Connor, Emond, Levandowski. <br /> May: Dougherty. <br /> Absent not voting: Crouse. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that April 26, 1969 <br /> be proclaimed as light day. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. William Flaherty presented a petition of 1592 names requesting the Village <br /> Council hold a public hearing on fire protection in St. Anthony Village. The <br /> matter was discussed at some length by Mayor O'Connor and Mr. Flaherty - the <br /> Council took no action on the matter. <br /> A report on the inspection of the Apache complex incinerators was scheduled for <br /> review at the May 13th meeting. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the <br /> properly verified claims be approved. <br />
