VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> May 19, 1969 <br /> The special meeting was called to order by the Mayor Pro Tem at 6:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : Emond, Crouse, Levandowski, Dougherty <br /> Absent: O'Connor <br /> A review of bids for sewer and water service lines to be constructed in conjunction <br /> with the paving portion of project 1968-4 is as follows: <br /> Walbon Excavating Company - $22,000.00 <br /> Morettini Construction Company- $18,836.00 <br /> Randall Brothers - $19,516.00 <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the low bid <br /> of Morettini Construction Company be accepted in the amount of $18,836.00 for the <br /> construction of project 1969-2 and that the Mayor and Village Manager be authorized <br /> to enter into contract on behalf of the Village for the aforementioned construction. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> After discussion, Councilman Crouse moved that a variance be granted to St. Anthony <br /> • School District #282 for the erection of a 4' x 8' informational sign and that <br /> a letter be forwarded to the School Board with a copy of the Sign Ordinance. <br /> There was no second to the motion. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Muncilman Emond that the meeting be <br /> adjourned. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> May r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi 11 a ge rk -- <br /> Vi ge Manager <br /> e <br />
