Mr. Coleman <br /> presented a preliminary plat of the townhouse - apartment development proposed <br /> North of the Apache Center building. The preliminary plat was divided into four <br /> lots, indicated burm elevations, and location of apartments and townhouses. <br /> After discussion, Councilman Emond moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the <br /> preliminary plat as submitted by the Apache Corporation be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski that the request of the Apache Corporation for <br /> zoning change be denied until plans are submitted. <br /> No second to motion. <br /> Councilman Emond moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that Ordinance 69-4, An <br /> Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, be adopted and that the rules be waived and the <br /> Ordinance adopted on first reading. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> •t. % <br />
