1 <br /> VILLAGE OF ST. ANTiiONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> January 13, 1970 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present : Miedtke, Emond, Crouse, Levandowski, Kukielka <br /> Absent : None <br /> Also Present: Village Attorney, Fred Richards <br /> Village Manager, John R. Printon <br /> Councilman Kukielka noted that on page 2 of the minutes of the meeting of December <br /> 23, 1969, should read "That Mathew Kukielka asked if the revenue received from <br /> the increase of water rates would be used to reduce the deficit of the $43,000.00 <br /> water plant construction fund". <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the minutes <br /> of the meeting of December 23, 1969 be approved as amended. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that we re- <br /> appoint the four members that were on the previous Planning Board, Robert Mesen- <br /> bring, Curt Englund, Donald Kronk and Thomas Ondrey. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion. by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that they vote <br /> for three of the nine names submitted for the Planning Board. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Dick Carlson and Richard Parrill, havirg received the most votes, were the first <br /> two app-ointed to be added to the Planning Board. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Emond that they vote: <br /> for the four runners-up who got two votes each. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Kukielka that Robert <br /> Dougherty be appointed to the Planning Board. <br /> VotinO an the mo-"on: <br /> Aye: Kukielka, Levandowski <br /> Nay: Errond, Mi edtke <br /> Abstain: Crouse <br /> Motion not carried. <br />
