ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> April 28, 1970 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : Emond, Miedtke, Levandowski , Kukielka. <br /> Absent: Crouse <br /> Also Present: Village Attorney, Loren Knott <br /> Village Manager, John R. Printon <br /> The following corrections on the minutes of the April 14, 1970 meeting were noted: <br /> On page 4 on the motion by Mayor Miedtke regarding the cutting down of the cotton- <br /> wood tree, it should show that Councilman Levandowski voted "No". Also it should <br /> read "other dead trees on the highway right-of-way". <br /> Motion by Mayor Miedtke and seconded by Councilman Emond to approve the minutes- of <br /> the April 14, 1970 meeting as corrected. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mayor Miedtke read Ordinance 1970-3. <br /> Councilman Emond suggested that a fee of 5100.00 be inserted in Subdivision 2- <br /> Procedure of the Ordinance. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Emond that Ordinance <br /> 1970-3 be adopted following the recommendation of Councilman Emond and that we <br /> waive the second and third readings of the Ordinance. <br /> ORDINANCE 1970-3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300 •, <br /> (ZONING) OF THE 1968 CODE OF ORDIN- <br /> ANCES BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 300. 11 <br /> ESTABLISHING AUTHORITY AND PROCEDURES <br /> FOR GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS <br /> Notion carried. <br /> Mayor Miedtke read Ordinance 1970-4. <br /> Motion by Councilman Kukielka and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that Ordinance <br /> 1970-4 be adopted and that we waive the second and third readings of the Ordinance. <br /> ORDINANCE 1970-4 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300 <br /> (ZONING) OF THE 1968 CODE OF ORDIN- <br /> ANCES BY ADDING NURSING HOMES AS A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE IN R-1, R-2 AND MD <br /> DISTRICTS <br />
