Councilman <br /> Levandowski also indicated that he was not in agreement with the location of the <br /> nursing home. <br /> Motion by Councilman Kukielka and seconded by Mayor Miedtke to ratify the Condition- <br /> al Use Permit 1970-1- <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Kukielka, Miedtke <br /> Nay: Emond, Levandowski <br /> Motion not carried. <br /> Mr. Harvey Coleman talked again about the possible amending of the ordinance re- <br /> garding the developing of the Gaza Strip. <br /> • Robert Johnson, 2913 Silver Lake Court, spoke in opposition to the proposed changes <br /> in the ordinance and also against the protective covenant. <br /> Dr. Eldon Berglund, 2909 Silver Lake Court, also spoke against these proposed chang- <br /> es. <br /> Richard Merrill, Silver Lane, asked that the people living along Silver Lane have a <br /> chance to review and study the Protective Covenant and to get an opinion on it. <br /> Mayor Miedttce then read the Protective Covenant Agreement. <br /> Other residents of the area, Dr. William Carr, 4021 Silver Lake Terrace, Mrs. Betty <br /> Nerdahl , 2813 Silver Lane, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Johnson, 2913 Silver Lake Court, Joe <br /> Rosinek, 2609 Silver Lane and Mrs. Virginia Zahhos, 2919 Silver Lake Court, asked <br /> several questions of Mr. Coleman and the Village Attorney regarding the proposed <br /> changes and the Protective Covenant. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Kukielka that the home - <br /> owners in this area be alto wed to look over this Protective Covenant and study it <br /> closely and to come back in a month and give their comments and suggestions regard- <br /> incl it. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Lick Carlson presented the minutes of the April 21 , 1970 Planning Board Meeting. <br /> Motion by Councilman Kukielka and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to approve the <br /> request of the Sveden House for the changes in signs, two new 10' x 10' and re- <br /> placing two 15' x 4' original signs, and to allow the variance of 150 square feet. <br /> Motion carried. 1 <br />
