Anderson, a draft <br /> of the letter proposed notice to be sent to residents on Silver Lake Road, 33rd <br /> Avenue and Rankin !,.oad who would be affected b y the construction nf water mains <br /> on their street tc�ll.i.ng them that the ^ost of placing the line on 3rd Avenue N.F. <br /> would run 18% higher than -t-he prasent proposal and advising them t:iat the project <br /> would be begun as soon as all easements were obtained.
