ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTFS <br /> January 7,1975 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by kdayor Miedtke. <br /> The following were present for roll call: Sauer, Sundland, Miedtke, Stauffer. <br /> Absent: Haik <br /> Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br /> Jim Fornell, Adm. Asst. <br /> The minutes of the Council meeting of December 10, 1974 were amended to change <br /> the date from December 9th to the 10th. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to approve the <br /> minutes as amended. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Haik arrived at 7:32 P.M. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to adopt <br /> Resolution „'-75--001. <br /> RESOLUTION 75-001 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LEGAL <br /> NEWSPAPER FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1975 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt <br /> Resolution r75-002. <br /> RESOLUTION 75-002 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1975 <br /> AS CUT OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS- <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt <br /> Resolution #75-003. <br /> RESOLUTION 75-003 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SIGNATURE OF <br /> THE MAYOR, TREASURER AND THE CITY MANAGER <br /> ON ALL DRAFTS DRAWN AGAINST DEPOSITS OF THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to adopt the <br /> amended Resolution yf75-004. The wording of Resolution #75-004 was revised <br /> to include the approval of the City Manager to authorization of the City <br /> Engineer to request engineering services from the Minn. Dept. of Highways. <br />
