CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> SPECIAL MEETING 4/29/75 <br /> IDThe meeting was called to order at 9:00 P.M. by Mayor Miedtke. <br /> Present at roll call: Miedtke, Haik, Sauer, Stauffer, Sundland. <br /> The Council discussed the conditional use permit application of First American <br /> Enterprises to construct a retirement home on the north 28 feet of the west <br /> 187 feet of Lot 13 and the west 187 feet of Lots 1+,15 and 16, Block 6, Mounds <br /> View Acres, Second Addition. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to direct the <br /> Planning Board to hold a public hearing on May 20, 1975 on a conditional use <br /> permit application for a retirement home on the north 28 feet of the west 187 <br /> feet of Lot 13, and the west 187 feet of Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 6, Mounds <br /> View Acres, Second Addition. <br /> The Council discussed the merits of concrete vs. bituminous walkway for the <br /> proposed walkway on the west side of Silver Lake Road from 37th Avenue N.E. <br /> to the entrance to the Salvation Army Camp. Questions on financing the improve- <br /> ment were also raised. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Haik to adopt Resolution <br /> 1975-025. <br /> RESOLUTION N6. 75-028 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> A SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT FOR THE CITY <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sundland to order the City <br /> Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the sidewalk improvement <br /> project. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Council discussed sewer bill adjustments and problems with water in the <br /> basement. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to adjourn. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M. <br /> (1w <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST <br /> Clerk <br /> 1 <br /> C <br /> C'ty Mana er <br />
