PNTITOFY <br /> COUNCIL NIFU`PS <br /> January 4 , 1977 <br /> The r^eeting was called to orc°er by rlavor "Liedtke at 7 ?30 P.P1. <br /> Present for roll call° SundlanO , Haik, Tlieeltke, Stauffer and Sauer <br /> Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br /> Jiro Fornell, Administrative Assistant <br /> The Council designated the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month <br /> for the regular Council meetings during 1977 . <br /> The Tlayor then read four items which were adoptedas an addendur to <br /> the agenda: (1) Legislative Bulletin, (2) Police car pruchase, <br /> (3) One heating license and (4) Reappointment of Planning Hoard. <br /> T1r. Fornell reported that all members of the present Planning Board <br /> had inOicatec' a willingness to continue their service on the Board. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded. by Councilr.^an Sundland. to <br /> • reappoint William Dowerman, Fen Hiebel, Richard Letourneau, George <br /> IRarks , Wil Johnson, Jerry Coti-aan and Richare Rynarchick to the St. <br /> Anthony Planning Board ands to request that individual letters be <br /> sent to each informina him of his reappointment and extending to <br /> him an ex-pression of gratitude for his past service to the City. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> To allow the publication of several City notices which had been <br /> placed in the Columbia Heights St. Anthony Sun to run during the <br /> next few weeks the following ration was made: <br /> TTotion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Haik to adopt <br /> Resolution 77-001 which designates the Columbia ('eights St. Anthony <br /> Sun as the City ' s official newspaper from January lst to January 15th <br /> of 1977 and to designate the New Brighton Bulletin as the City's <br /> legal newspaper from January 15th for the rest of the calendar year <br /> of 1977. <br /> RESOLUTION 77-001 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LEGAL NEWS- <br /> PAPEP FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Stauffer <br /> to adopt Resolution 77-002 . <br />
