• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> May 10 , 1977 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7 :30 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call: Haik, Miedtke, Stauffer and Sauer <br /> Absent: Sundland <br /> Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br /> Jim Fornell, Administrative Assistant <br /> Larry Vickrey, City Attorney <br /> The following corrections were made to the minutes for the meeting <br /> of the Council held April 26 , 1977 : <br /> Page 2: Paragraph 6 : Should read . will be constructed <br /> 'within' 2. 78 feet of . . . " <br /> Page 4 : Paragraph 7: The ordinance designated as "1977- <br /> 004" should not have been in there <br /> at all but should have read as "1977- <br /> 00 005" on the following page. <br /> Page 5: Paragraph 1: The ordinance designated as "1977- <br /> 005" should have been "1977-006" <br /> relating to licensing of cigarette <br /> sales. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Haik to approve <br /> the minutes for the April 26 , 1977 Council meeting as corrected. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The recommendations of May 5, 1977 from Jim Fornell for funding the <br /> park improvements from the $11,250 Community Development Block Grant <br /> were considered. The Council agreed with him that a picnic shelter <br /> at the north end of Central Park should be added to the four priorities <br /> established by the Community Services Advisory Council as presented <br /> in the minutes for their April 20th meeting. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilman Sauer to ap- <br /> prove the Community Services Advisory Council ' s April 20th priorities <br /> schedule for use of C.D.B.G. funds with the addition of the 1 ,000 <br /> square foot picnic shelter but elimination of lighting for the approved <br /> pathway. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
