• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES May 10 , 1977 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7 :30 P.M. Present for roll call: Haik, Miedtke, Stauffer and Sauer Absent: Sundland Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager Jim Fornell, Administrative Assistant Larry Vickrey, City Attorney The following corrections were made to the minutes for the meeting of the Council held April 26 , 1977 : Page 2: Paragraph 6 : Should read . will be constructed 'within' 2. 78 feet of . . . " Page 4 : Paragraph 7: The ordinance designated as "1977- 004" should not have been in there at all but should have read as "1977- 00 005" on the following page. Page 5: Paragraph 1: The ordinance designated as "1977- 005" should have been "1977-006" relating to licensing of cigarette sales. Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Haik to approve the minutes for the April 26 , 1977 Council meeting as corrected. Motion carried unanimously. The recommendations of May 5, 1977 from Jim Fornell for funding the park improvements from the $11,250 Community Development Block Grant were considered. The Council agreed with him that a picnic shelter at the north end of Central Park should be added to the four priorities established by the Community Services Advisory Council as presented in the minutes for their April 20th meeting. Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilman Sauer to ap- prove the Community Services Advisory Council ' s April 20th priorities schedule for use of C.D.B.G. funds with the addition of the 1 ,000 square foot picnic shelter but elimination of lighting for the approved pathway. Motion carried unanimously.
