Durban" should read <br /> "Merle R. Durbahn" <br /> Page 4 , Paragraph 7 : "John Soya" should read "John <br /> Zoia, 3413 Maplewood Drive" <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Haik to <br /> waive the readings and adopt Ordinance 1977-007 . <br /> ORDINANCE 1977-007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 435 OF THE <br /> 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO <br /> TOURIST AND TRAILER CAMPS <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilman Haik to <br /> waive the reading and adopt Ordinance 1977-008. <br /> ORDINANCE 1977-008 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PARKS; PERTAINING TO <br /> POSSESSION AND CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR; AMENDING SUBDIVISION <br /> 14 OF SECTION 220:05 OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
