ANTHONY <br /> SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> May 9 , 1979 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 4 : 50 p.m. <br /> Present: Sauer, Letourneau, Haik <br /> Absent: Ranallo, Sundland <br /> Also present: Fornell, City Manager <br /> The meeting was called to act upon Resolution 79-031 which was <br /> omitted from the May 8th Agenda. The Manager explained the <br /> resolution. <br /> Motion by Sauer, seconded by Letorneau to adopt Resolution 79-031 . <br /> RESOLUTION 79-031 <br /> A Resolution Confirming and Ratifying Stipulations of <br /> Settlement in Certain Special Assessment Appeals and <br /> Directing the Deletion of Certain Assessments in Accor- <br /> dance Therewith. <br /> • Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Sauer, seconded by Letourneau to adjourn . <br /> Motion carried.
