Sparks stated that they were allowed to expand the <br /> space to the 160 seating. <br /> Councilmember Thuesen asked if they were comfortable with the current number of <br /> parking spaces available to them. Sparks stated that they had about 65 spaces, and that <br /> they were pretty comfortable with that amount. <br /> Councilmember Horst stated that Culver's reputation precedes them, and that he was <br /> very pleased to see them entering the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Faust, second by Councilmember Thuesen, to approve <br /> Resolution 02-041, re: Considering preliminary purchase agreement with Culver's for <br /> 4004 Silver Lake Road. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> D.
