McCrossan Construction, Inc. $590,923.19 <br /> Maple Grove, MN 55311 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Midwest Asphalt of Hopkins, MN, is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Midwest Asphalt in the amount of$426,380.25 in the name of the City of <br /> St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above referenced project <br /> according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2. The Engineer, Rieke, Carroll, Muller Associates, Inc. is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits <br /> of the successful bidder and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract <br /> has been signed. <br /> • Adopted this 1 I day of U-.
