The purpose of the <br /> meeting is to consider amendments to the Declaration of Trust. <br /> The Technical Advisory Board of the 4M Fund recently proposed to <br /> the 4M Fund Board of Trustees certain changes in the 4M Fund <br /> Trust Document. The changes require a vote of the participants. <br /> The changes are discussed in detail in the attached proxy <br /> material. <br /> You are cordially invited to attend the meeting, but whether or <br /> not you plan to be present, please fill in, date and sign the <br /> enclosed Proxy and return it in the addressed reply envelope <br /> which is furnished for your convenience and which requires no <br /> postage. Please mail your proxy promptly to insure that it will <br /> be received prior to the date of the meeting.
