• St. Anthony Fire Fighters <br /> Union Agreement <br /> Page 9 <br /> 9.5.1 If, as a result of the written response to 6.1 .3 Step 3, the <br /> grievance remains unresolved and if the grievance involves <br /> the suspension, demotion or discharge of an EMPLOYEE <br /> who has completed the required probationary period, the <br /> grievance may be appealed to Step 4 of Article 6 or a <br /> procedure such as Veteran's Preference or Fair Employment. <br /> If appealed to any procedure other than Step 4 of Article 6, <br /> the grievance is not subject to arbitration as provided in <br /> Step 4 of Article 6 of this AGREEMENT. <br /> 9.6. EMPLOYEES may examine their own individual personnel files at <br /> reasonable times under the direct supervision of the EMPLOYER. <br /> 10. WAGE SCHEDULE. <br /> 10.1 . EMPLOYEES working out of classification will receive Five Dollars <br /> ($5.00) additional per shift where such out of classification duties <br /> exceed eight hours of shift. Accrued pay for such work will be <br /> • made annually. <br /> 10.2. Hourly salary for Fire Fighter/FEO and Captain shall be as follows: <br /> 1994 Hourly 1995 Hourly <br /> CAPTAIN $13.37 $13.77 <br /> FIRE FIGHTER <br /> After three years $12.80 $13.18 <br /> After two years $12.48 $12.85 <br /> After one year $12.16 $12.52 <br /> After six months $11 .82 $12.17 <br /> Start $11 .53 $11 .88 <br /> 10.3 The work schedule for all positions covered by this AGREEMENT <br /> shall average fifty-six (56) hours per week, three hours of which <br /> are compensated at one and one-half times the hourly rate in <br /> accordance with the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act. <br /> • 10.4. EMPLOYEES will be compensated at one and one-half times their <br /> regular hourly rate for working at time other than the <br />
