• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-027 <br /> A RESOLUTION DEFERRING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br /> FOR 1994 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 435.193, special assessment installment payments <br /> payable by senior citizens and persons retired by virtue of permanent and total <br /> disability are deferred if payment of such installments would be a hardship; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's assessment policy for senior citizen deferrals has been <br /> established for upgrading public roadways; and <br /> WHEREAS, such policy defines it shall be presumed a hardship exists if the annual assessment <br /> installment exceeds one percent (1%) of the previous year's Federal Income Taxes <br /> total adjusted gross income; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requirements of hardship have been met and verified by the Finance Director <br /> of the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the applicants listed below are the owners of real estate located in the City of St. <br /> Anthony. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following special assessments for the 1994 <br /> Street Improvement Project be deferred: <br /> 1) Willard N.
