ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-035 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ASSESSING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR 1995, 1996, 1997, AND 1998 <br /> AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br /> INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br /> ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ST.
