CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-038 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT <br /> TO THE ASSESSMENT POLICY OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approves the second amendment to the Assessment Policy, adopted on <br /> November 10, 1992. The amendment shall read as follows: <br /> Add to Page 5: <br /> PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification, <br /> make payments (partial or full) towards the balance owed. <br /> The owner may, at any time after certification, pay the whole of the assessment, <br /> with interest accrued to the date of payment, except that no interest be charged <br /> if the entire assessment is paid by November 30th of the assessment year. <br /> The owner may, at an time thereafter, a to the Finance Director the entire <br /> Y Y PY <br /> amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December <br /> of the year in which such payment is made.
