ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-040 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, INTERIM CITY <br /> MANAGER, AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TERMINATE THE <br /> PIPER CAPITAL MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony executed an investment management agreement with Piper <br /> Capital Management dated March 8, 1994, by the approval of Resolution 94-020. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes the Mayor, Interim City Manager and the Finance Director to terminate the <br /> Investment Management Agreement between the City of St. Anthony and Piper Capital <br /> Management Incorporated. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to transfer the <br /> assets held at Piper Capital Management to Dean Witter, Inc. <br /> Adopted this 14� day of , 1994. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> Interim Ci Manager <br /> • <br />
