CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-045 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PLANS <br /> WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. (RCM) with <br /> reference to the improvement of the following streets: <br /> ► Armour Terrace from Silver Lake Road to Crestview Drive <br /> ► Bell Lane from Armour Terrace to Crestview Drive <br /> ► Crestview Drive from 29th Avenue N.E. to 31st Avenue N.E. <br /> ► East Gate Road from Crestview Drive to Rankin Road <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br /> and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement <br /> of$ 932 , 386. 00. <br /> 2. RCM, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
