• CITY OF ST ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION #94-058 <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY 1995 TAX LEVY <br /> AND BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH IN TAXATION ACT <br /> WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires the City of St. Anthony provide <br /> Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a certified 1995 tax levy and budget; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's proposed 1995 budget; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a Public Hearing on November 30, 1994, 7:00 P.M. in <br /> its Council Chambers to discuss the tax levy with the residents of St. Anthony; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a subsequent hearing on December 14, 1994, 5:00 P.M. in <br /> its Council Chambers to adopt the final 1995 property tax levy and budget; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a definitive tax levy has been <br /> collected. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> 1) the 1995 property tax levy is: <br /> Property Tax Levy $1,786,933 <br /> Less: H.A.C.A. ( 342,740) <br /> Total General Fund Levy $1,444,193 <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 20,000 <br /> Less: H.A.C.A. ( 4,465) <br /> Total Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 15,535 <br /> Special Assessment/Road Improvements $ 73,142 <br /> Total 1995 Tax Levy $1,532,870 <br /> 2) The 1995 Operating Budget totals $5,786,171 <br />
