existing concrete curb and gutters removed and medians . <br /> • 13 . The County shall pay for the concrete walk replacing existing <br /> concrete walk within the City. The County shall also pay for the basic <br /> concrete walk in the medians . <br /> 14 . The City shall pay to the County 100% of the cost of concrete <br /> walk in the City in excess of the existing concrete walk removed . Upon <br /> completion of the project, the City shall own and maintain the concrete <br /> walk . <br /> 15 . All City utilities or facilities modified or added to those <br /> provisions presently made in the plans and specifications may be <br /> incorporated in the construction contract by supplemental agreement and <br /> shall be paid for as specified in the supplemental agreement . <br /> 16 . The City shall pay to the County 100% of the cost of City <br /> utility improvements provided in the project . <br /> 17 . Upon completion of the work the City shall own and maintain <br /> the sanitary and watermain system within the City. <br /> 18 . The City shall pay to the County 100% of the cost of the <br /> electric lighting system within the City. <br /> 19 . Upon completion of the project the City shall own and <br /> maintain the electric lighting system within the City. <br /> • 20 . The City shall pay to the County 100% of the cost of trees <br /> planted outside the project grading limits . <br /> 21 . The County shall pay for the signal interconnect system. <br /> 22 . Signal cost participation is based upon all the signal <br /> systems being warranted by Mn/DOT for utilization of Federal and State <br /> Aid funds . Cost distribution of each individual signal system is <br /> defined by the ownership of the roadways ( entering legs ) comprising the <br /> intersection. Based on the signal systems being warranted the <br /> construction cost share to be paid by the City to the County for the <br /> revision of the signal system at Silver Lane is: <br /> A. and B. - blank <br /> C. Revise signal system C at Silver Lane . The City shall pay to <br /> the County one-eight the cost based on the south one-half of <br /> the Silver Lane approach from the east = 12 . 5% <br /> 23 . The City shall pay ten percent ( 10% ) of its share of the <br /> construction cost, as determined by the contract proposed to be awarded <br /> without reduction for Federal Funds , to the County as a preliminary <br /> engineering fee . This fee shall be due after receipt of bids and prior <br /> to award of the construction contract. <br /> • 24 . in addition to the preliminary engineering fee the City shall <br /> 94015-4 <br />
