P <br /> Re s Oluti on FEB 101995 <br /> Board of <br /> RAMbEY <br /> PUBL.JC WC---?:;o <br /> RamspilCounty Commissioners <br /> Presented By Commissioner Wedell Date February 14 , 1995 No. 95-067 <br /> Attention: Budgeting and Accounting <br /> Paul Kirkwold, Director, Public Works <br /> WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works , in cooperation with <br /> the Cities of New Brighton and St. Anthony, has developed plans for <br /> reconstructing Silver Lake Road from Silver Lane to I-694 , S .P. <br /> 62-644-13 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , The Department of Public Works has prepared <br /> Agreements 94014 and 94015 , which address participating costs and <br /> maintaining and operating the roadway, and Agreement 94013 , which <br /> provides for installing and maintaining signal systems; and <br /> WHEREAS, Agreements 94014 and 94015 have been approved by the <br /> Cities of New Brighton and St .
