CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-062 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON <br /> 1995 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has <br /> been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> 1995 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and <br /> storm sewer lines on the following streets: <br /> 1. Crestview Drive, from 29th Avenue N.E. to 31st Avenue N.E. <br /> 2. Armour Terrace, from Silver Lake Road to Crestview Drive <br /> 3. Bell Lane, from Armour Terrace to Crestview Drive <br /> 4. East Gate Road, from Crestview Drive to Rankin Road <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in <br /> accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br /> Chapter 419 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of$932,386. <br /> 2.
