CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 95-026 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING WITHDRAWAL <br /> OF A PETITION TO THE RICE <br /> CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT BY THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony submitted a Petition on January 28, <br /> 1992, to the Rice Creek Watershed District requesting the <br /> District undertake construction of a Silver Lake Water Quality <br /> Protection Project, under the provisions of Minnesota State <br /> Statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby withdraws said Petition of January 28, 1992 to the Rice <br /> Creek Watershed District. <br /> Adopted this day of ��oJu� , 1995. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City M ager <br />
