• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 95-030 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING PROJECTED USE OF FUNDS <br /> FOR 1995 URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, through execution of a Joint Cooperation Agreement <br /> with Hennepin County, is cooperating in the Urban Hennepin County <br /> Community Development Block Grant Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony developed a proposal for the use of Urban Hennepin <br /> County CDBG funds made available to it, and held a public hearing on <br /> February 28, 1995, to obtain the views of citizens on local and Urban Hennepin <br /> County housing and community development needs and priorities the City's <br /> proposed use of$22,131 from the 1995 Urban Hennepin County Community <br /> Development Block Grant. <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the projected use of funds in order to reduce the <br /> amount of funding to public services activities to no more than 20% of the <br /> City's allocation. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony approves the following <br /> projects for funding from the Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant <br /> Program and authorizes submittal of the proposal to Hennepin County for review and inclusion <br /> in the 1995 Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program. <br /> Project Budget <br /> Senior Citizen Allocation $ 4,072 <br /> Single Family Rehabilitation $ 6,858 <br /> Play area equipment upgrade/ADA $ 9,431 <br /> $20,361 <br /> Adopted this 1 I day of ��D�t , 1995. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST:_' , <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Ma ager <br />
