CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 95-032 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO REDEVELOPMENT PLANS, <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, AND TAX INCREMENT <br /> FINANCING PLANS OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AUTHORITY; CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> AMENDMENTS THERETO <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota (the "City"), <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. It has been proposed that the City and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of <br /> St. Anthony, Minnesota (the "HRA"), approve modification to redevelopment plans, <br /> redevelopment projects and tax increment financing plans previously approved by the HRA <br /> and the City. The proposed amendments will expand the area subject to the redevelopment <br /> plans and redevelopment projects and authorize additional expenditures of tax increment from <br /> the tax increment financing districts created pursuant to the tax increment financing plans. <br /> 2. A public hearing on the amendments to the redevelopment plans, the redevelopment <br /> projects and the tax increment financing plans is hereby called and shall be held on June 27, <br /> 1995 at 7:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers at the City Administrative Offices, 3301 <br /> Silver Lake Road in the City.
