CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 95-038 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES FOR PROVIDING <br /> MONETARY ASSISTANCE FOR DEVELOPMENT AND <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish guidelines for providing assistance for <br /> development and redevelopment projects within the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council declares as part of said guideline that for each $100,000 in <br /> new or retained value, assistance in the amount of$10,000 may be provided by <br /> the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council declares and includes in said guideline that for each full time <br /> job created by the proposed project, assistance in the amount of$5,000 may be <br /> provided. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> • hereby approves of said guidelines as set forth above in this resolution; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony may, under <br /> certain circumstances, wish to vary from these guidelines when the overall betterment of the <br /> City is to be improved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has the sole <br /> discretion as to providing the amount of assistance and if any monetary assistance is to be <br /> provided for each individual development or redevelopment project in the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this 10� day of , 1995. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: &-,t-ku'4-J , �- <br /> City Clerk <br /> .; Reviewed for administration: <br /> Citynager <br />
