ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 95-040 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OPERATING AGREEMENT <br /> AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, as owner of the Stonehouse Restaurant, an on-sale <br /> liquor establishment, desires the food service portion be managed and operated <br /> under Ernie Swanson, owner of Ernie's Catering, a food service manager. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves an Operating Agreement between the City of St. Anthony and Ernie Swanson <br /> and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted this z-7 Ah— day of T no , 1995. <br /> `i <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: 6�1) % <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: - <br /> City M nager <br /> • <br />
