WITNESSETH; WHEREAS, Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 162. 17, Subdivision 1, and 471 .59, the parties desire to enter into an agreement relating to the maintenance of County State Aid Highways within and adjacent to the corporate • limits of the City upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
