ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 95-052 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br /> AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT <br /> FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW CITY HALL/COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has received 11 bids for the constructtion <br /> of a new City Hall/Community Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due consideration, the St. Anthony City Council has <br /> selected a contract/contractor for this project in the best interests <br /> of the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby awards Graus Construction Company, of Hastings, <br /> Minnesota, with the lowest bid in the amount of$3,150,000 (plus $1,900 for <br /> alternate bid), and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute a contract <br /> • for construction of a new City Hall/Community Center. <br /> Adopted this day of �c�o �Y' , 1995. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City lhanager <br /> • <br />
