i <br /> It was reported that proposals were to be considered at the meeting for <br /> the sale by the City of its $2,650,000 General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series <br /> 1995B. <br /> It was reported that Nine ( 9 ) proposals for the purchase of said <br /> Bonds had been received from the following institutions at or before the time stated <br /> in the Terms of Proposal for the sale of the Bonds approved by the City on <br /> October 24, 1995.
