• RESOLUTION 96-015 <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS <br /> OVER LAND CURRENTLY PLATTED AS PORTIONS OF APACHE PLAZA, <br /> APACHE PLAZA 4TH ADDITION AND APACHE PLAZA 5TH ADDITION <br /> After discussion of a motion by Councilmember Enrooitb vacate certain easements <br /> for underground utilities as to certain land currently platted as portions of Apache <br /> Plaza, Apache Plaza 4th Addition and Apache Plaza 5th Addition, it was deemed in <br /> the interest of the public to grant the vacation. Councilmember Enrooth <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that <br /> the easements for underground utilities as to certain land currently platted as <br /> portions of Apache Plaza, Apache Plaza 4th Addition and Apache Plaza 5th <br /> Addition as created by that certain Quit Claim Deed for Easements dated <br /> February 11, 1963, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Ramsey <br /> County , Minnesota, as Document No. 1584191 are hereby declared and <br /> ordered vacated and discontinued. <br /> And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the proper <br /> county offices notice of said vacation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by <br /> Councilmember Marks and upon a vote being taken thereon <br /> all Councilmembers voted in favor thereof. <br /> Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted. <br /> Adopted the 13th day of February, 1996. <br /> May <br /> ATTEST: <br /> qty derk <br /> Reviewed for administration: 41i-li 4 j 1 <br /> Manager <br /> • <br />
