Three dirveways dump into this area as <br /> well as vehicles turning off of 37th Ave onto Penrod and Penrod <br /> traffic comming down a hill to 37th Avenue . This makes a small <br /> area with poor visibility, on a hill, with many children, bicycles <br /> and pedestrians,extremely narrow-especially durring the winter. <br /> Often there are 2 or 3 vehicles parked there all day producing <br /> dangerous conditions for general neighborhood traffic , children, <br /> bicycles , other pedestrians , and residents trying to get into and <br /> out of there driveways . <br /> • It would be very helpful if this small stretch of the east side <br /> of Penrod between Edgemere and 37th Ave . could be a no parking <br /> area. It would cause very little inconvience to parkers to park <br /> around the corner. It would make St .
