ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-027 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING INSTALLATION OF <br /> "NO PARKING AT ANY TIME" SIGNS <br /> WHEREAS, the Cities of St. Anthony and Columbia Heights have approved a joint <br /> powers agreement calling for installation of a traffic light to be located at the <br /> intersection of 39th Avenue NE and Stinson Boulevard; and <br /> WHEREAS, to improve and maintain traffic flow it is determined that: (1) left hand turn <br /> lanes be located from 37th Avenue NE to 40th Avenue NE; (2) that Stinson <br /> Boulevard be striped with three traffic lanes from 37th Avenue NE to 40th <br /> Avenue NE; and (3) three traffic lanes be striped on 39th Avenue NE <br /> between Stinson Boulevard and Apache Plaza. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves "No Parking At Any Time" signs be installed on both sides of <br /> 39th Avenue NE and on the east side of Stinson Boulevard between 37th Avenue NE and <br /> Silver Lane to ease traffic flow in and around the roadways to the west of Apache Plaza. <br /> Adopted this 2—6-� day of QA—&L , 1996. <br /> �G�.-Liu-ce <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> -LLvu'-.��n <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City MAager <br /> • <br />
