i <br /> • Section 4. Approvals. The form and terms of the Redevelopment <br /> Agreement and Assistance Agreement are hereby approved and the Mayor and City <br /> Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge and deliver the <br /> Redevelopment Agreement and Assistance Agreement on behalf of the City in the <br /> form submitted to this meeting with such changes, insertions and omissions <br /> therein as do not change the substance of the Redevelopment Agreement and the <br /> Assistance Agreement and as may be approved by the Mayor and City Manager, such <br /> approval to be evidenced conclusively by their execution of the Redevelopment <br /> Agreement and Assistance Agreement. <br /> Section 5. Other Actions.
