• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-040 <br /> A RESOLUTION ALLOWING AGA KHAN CULTURAL CENTER <br /> TO CONTINUE TO LEASE SPACE AT THE EXISTING <br /> ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS <br /> WHEREAS, Aga Khan and the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desire to enter <br /> into a lease agreement whereby Aga Khan Cultural Center will continue to <br /> lease space in the existing St. Anthony Village Community Center from the <br /> City on a month-to-month basis until December 31, 1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, rental fee for said leased space will be $1,102.50 per month; and <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves continuing to lease space at the existing St. Anthony Village <br /> Community Center, under the above stated terms, to Aga Khan Cultural Center. <br /> Adopted this -Z day of�,a,�_ , 1996. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City M ager <br /> • <br />
