• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-041 <br /> A RESOLUTION ALLOWING MINNESOTA SWIMMING <br /> TO CONTINUE TO LEASE SPACE AT THE EXISTING <br /> ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Swimming and the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desire <br /> to enter into a lease agreement whereby Minnesota Swimming will continue <br /> to lease space in the existing St. Anthony Village Community Center from <br /> the City on a month-to-month basis until December 31, 1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, rental fee for said leased space will be $452.00 per month; and <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves continuing to lease space at the existing St. Anthony Village <br /> Community Center, under the above stated terms, to Minnesota Swimming. <br /> Adopted this day of�YLe�.�_ , 1996. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: " <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City danager <br /> • <br />
