ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-049 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING TERMINATION OF THE <br /> OPERATING AGREEMENT WITH ERNIE SWANSON, SR. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony entered into an Operating Agreement with Ernie <br /> Swanson, Sr., dba Ernie's Catering Service, to operate the food service at <br /> the City-owned Stonehouse Grill, located at 2700 Highway 88; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to terminate said Agreement under the provisions of Section <br /> 8 of the Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves the termination of the Operating Agreement between the City <br /> • and Ernest Swanson, Sr. <br /> Adopted this day of1996. <br /> 4ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City ger <br /> • <br />
